So, I have a mold of an iron man helmet, and I've got the faceplate hooked up to a servo with all the linkages and its working The issue I'm running into now though, is that when I put on the helmet, the weight of it holds it in place, even if I turn my head. I was wondering if anyone had an suggestions on what/how I could put something inside similar to how bike helmets work to secure the helmet in place on my head and have it rotate when my head rotates (preferably with my head Thanks!

So your helmet fits really loose? I would just use some foam padding on the inside of the helmet along the ear sections and back. Just attach it with double sided carpet tape or something similar.

So, its not exactly loose, but its not snug enough that when I turn my head, it immediately turns with it Good idea on the foam padding, that seems better than trying to fit something else in there. I assume I can get that at any craft store?

Definitely check craft stores like Michael's and Hobby Lobby as well as fabric stores like Jo Ann Fabrics. They usually sell upholstery foam in several different thicknesses.
