Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this, but it involves servos so here it goes... I'm building an animatronic Iron Man helmet. I want the face plate to go up when I hit a button, among other things. I have code all worked out, but where should I put the servos? Do they need to be directly connected to the hinges? I'm thinking of side hinges, but if the servos need to be right next to the hinge arm, I don't think I have enough room. Would a single hinge on the "widow's peak" be better? Are there pros/ cons of the two? Sorry for such noob questions, it's really frustrating that I got the coding down and the thing that's tripping me up is servo placement.
